Plan and Preventive Maintenance
Scheduled Maintenance
Annual Maintenance (or 6 months):We schedule 6 month and annual maintenance on all products sold to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
Monthly Maintenance: We provide monthly maintenance scheduled in the case of highly critical mission for medical equipment such as, UPS and AVR
We perform the following tests
- Testing the ventilation efficiency
- Cleaning the control logic and interface boards
- Checking the tightening of all nuts and bolts and electrical connections (UPS and battery)
- Cleaning and testing the ventilation of liquid-air exchange, if any
- Testing the circuits boards for any defects
- Testing the inverter output wave form
- Testing synchronization signal, alarm and EPO
- Tripping display calibration with calibrated instrument operating
- Test of manual actuator and automatic device operration
- Test of switching circuits power failure
- Test of power failure
- Test of UPS network and battery efficiency
- Test of battery efficiency and test of correct battery charger operation
- Check the performance of Stepper motors of the AVR
- Check the performance of rollers of the AVR
